We've seen these units go into everything from beverage lines to hardware packing stations, and the T1650F handles the shift without much reconfiguration. The turntable sits at just 78mm high, which is lower than most units we've worked with — that makes hand-loading pallets noticeably easier on the back, especially when you're running 40 to 60 pallets an hour.

PLC control is pretty standdard at this point, but what matters is how it actually responds under load at those lower speeds. At 3 rpm, the film tension stays consistent even with a 2000kg load on a 1650mm turntable, and you can creep up to 12 rpm when you need throughput. pre-stretch carriage hits about 250% stretch, so you're not burning through film at the rate you would with a post-stretch unit — most buyers go with this for that reason alone. Double-chain on the carriage upright keeps the oscillation smooth, and the transducer lets you dial in speed without stopping the cycle. We usually have stock on the standard height, but if you need post height above 2400mm, confirm lead time.

It's not suited for irregularly-shaped loads that overhang the turntable by much — the 1200mm square footprint limit is real, and anything wider will hit the film carriage on the upstroke. Also, the machine weight is 600kg, so you'll want a floor that can take that plus a 2000kg pallet without flexing, or you'll get tracking issues on the carriage path.

2745mm length by 1650mm width by 2863mm height is the footprint you're working with, give or take a few millimeters depending on how the outriggers are set. Power options are 110V, 220V, or 380V, so you can pick what fits your panel without a transformer — just note the single-phase 110V will slightly limit the top-end turntable speed. Color can be whatever you want, but we usually recommend keeping it industiral grey or blue so the paint holds up against chemical splash.

One detail that often gets overlooked: the drum diameter on the film carriage is designed for standard 500mm rolls, but if you're using a narrower film width, you'll need to adjust the tension settings manually via the PLC — that's not something the operator can do on the fly. So if you're switching between film widths regularly, budget for teh setup time.
Standard is 1650mm, but we can swap it for a 2000mm turntable if your pallets are bigger. No extra lead time usually, just let us know when ordering.
We supply CE certification and a full inspection report. If you need specific documents like a material test or wiring diagram, just ask and we’ll include them.
Yes, we can extend the post up to 3000mm. The frame is reinforced accordingly, so stability stays solid even at max height.
MOQ is 1 unit. Lead time is around 15-20 working days after order confirmation and deposit.
The machine works best with 500mm wide film, 17-28 micron gauge. Thinner or wider film might cause slippage, but we can adjust the tension if you have a specific film in mind.
