Several welded joints on the frame look uneven and poorly finished, and there is noticeable rust on untreated metal parts, suggesting either poor materials or improper storage before shipment. The mast does not glide as smoothly as advertised, requiring excessive force to move up and down. As for service, it has been profoundly disappointing. My detailed emails outlining the delivery issues and initial quality concerns have been met with generic, copy-pasted responses that do not address the specific problems. Requests for technical documentation or clarification on the warranty process have gone unanswered for over a week. The overall experience, from the chaotic logistics to the subpar initial quality and the complete lack of supportive service, has been extremely frustrating and does not inspire any confidence in this supplier or their semi-automatic wrapping machine. The entire process felt neglectful and unprofessional.
