The sausage diameter range covers 15 mm to 52 mm, so you're fine for breakfast links up through summer sausages and kielbasa. Votage options are 220V or 380V three-phase electric, and the whole thing is stainless steel (304 grade, usually) with a semi-automatic or fully automatic fill option. We typically quote 1-year warranty, and customization on hopper size or control interface is avaliable but adds 3-4 weeks to lead time.

It's actually pretty well-suited for smoked sausage lines where you're going form mixer to filler to smokehouse in sequence, and the continuous operation holds up well at about 300 kg/h for a full shift. But one limitation — that 110°C max means you can't run this as a steam cooker for cook-in-bag products; it's strictly for smoking and drying sausage where internal temp stays under 80°C or so. Most buyers go with the 30L mixer and 30 kg smoker combo for a small start-up, then scale later.
