What it does is combine all three steps on one turntable, so the load is wrapped, weighed on the built-in scale, and label printer spits out a tag without anyone moving the pallet — it's pretty much a time-saver for busy warehouses.

The pre-stretch stretches the film to 200% before it hits the load, so you're using roughly half the plastic compared to a standard wrapper, and the digital interface programs up to 12 RPM and 2000mm winding height depending on your pallet profile.

We usually have these in stock, but lead time is about 20 days or so for custom voltge options (220V is standerd), and the 700kg machine weight means it ships on a crate with fork pockets.

One thing buyers don't always think about is the 8-point phenolic bearing system; it's not for cold storage without checking teh grease spec first, as the dual bearings can stiffen below freezing.
