Also works for steel pipe or coil bundling, though if you're doing very delicate cosmetics or skin care products, the strap tension might be a bit much (check lead time for a softer option). Teh strapping materail is PE tape, and it uses a buckling type mode — no heat seal, which means less downtime for warm-up.
It's not the smallest machine at 1300*1600*1800 mm and about 200 kg, but footprint is manageable if you've got floor space. Power draw is 3.5 kw at 220 V/50 Hz, and the baffle depth adjusts from 230 to 360 mm, so you can run small packs down to (30-200)*(90-200) mm or max out at (450-950)*(450-1000) mm. We usually have stock, but confirm lead time if you need a custom color — otherwise it ships in a wooden case.
What it does is keep consistent tension across all straps, and the electric drive is quieter than pneumatic alternatives, which matters in a busy shop. One thing we've noticed: the 1 kg minimum bale weight is a tight squeeze, so mostly buyers go with packs above 5 kg for smoother cycling. The warranty is two years, and CE certifcation covers the basics for European export, but you'll want to double-check local compliance if you're shiping outside that.
