Actually, the biggest thing to be aware of with this unit is the minimum case size — 150mm on length and 120mm height — which means those tiny cosmetic sample boxes or narrow pharmaceutical blister packs won't run through it, so if your line handles smaller formats regularly, you'll need a different machine or a manual station on side.

130kg is heavier than you'd think for a tape sealer this size, but the dual side belt drive is what gives it that consistent, no-slip feed even when boxes are slightly underfilled or warped, and we've found it handles the 20m/min top speed comfortably with most BOPP tapes in the 48-75mm range (we usually stock 60mm, but check lead time if you need 75mm).

What it does is seal both top and bottom simultaneously — which is pretty much standdard for an automatic — but the blade guard is actually a nice touch because operators tend to get careless with tape cutters, and this one has a shielded design that reduces finger contact without slowing down the cycle.
Power draw is only 240W even on the 380V config, so it won't trip a shared circuit if you're running it alongside a case erector or palletizer, and teh manual width/height adjustment is a bit old-school (takes maybe 10 minutes for a full changeover) but more reliabel than the servo-driven ones that sometimes drift out of alignment.

We're ordering the FX-50 primarily for the beverage line where carton sizes are pretty consistent — roughly L300-400mm x W250-350mm — and the standalone mode works fine since we don't have an upstream conveyor yet, but the integration kit is there if we expand later, and the 1-year the drive belts which typically wear after about 8 months in high-volume use.

One thing you won't find in the spec sheet is that the tape tension knob is a bit touchy — most buyers go with the factory preset and leave it, but if you're switching between paper and plastic cartons, plan on spending 20 minutes dialing it in for the first batch.
The FX-50 handles cartons from a minimum of L150×W150×H120mm up to a maximum of L∞×W500×H500mm. So as long as the width and height stay under 500mm, you're good on length.
You can use 48mm, 60mm, or 75mm BOPP tape—just select the one you need. Switching is straightforward since the machine comes with adjustable tape holders.
The machine includes a blade guard for operator safety, and we provide a 1-year warranty. If you need specific certifications like CE or ISO for your region, just let us know and we can share the available docs.
We typically ship within 7-15 days after order confirmation, and the MOQ is just 1 unit. So you can order a single machine for testing or small-scale use.
It works both ways—you can run it standalone or hook it up to your automated line. It's built to fit right in, so no major modifications are needed.
