Teh real headache here isn't wrapping pallets, it's loads shifting in transit or collapsing in storage and causing damage claims that eat margins fast — we've seen that happen more times than I can count with manual wrapping or cheaper machines that can't handle consistent tension.
What this does is use a prestretching film carriage that stretches the film before it hits the load, typically reaching a 250-300% stretch rate on the film, which lowers your per-pallet film cost substantially while still holding tight enough to prevent tipping or spilling even on uneven floors or during rough handling.
The PLC control system handles height detection automatically, so you don't get over-wrapping on short loads or missed coverage on tall ones, and the turntable sits at just 85mm off the ground, making fork-truck loading pretty much without ramp adjustments.
Specs wise, the max wrapping height is 2000mm standard but we can push that up if your loads are taller, and the turntable diameter of 1650mm handles most standard pallet sizes — the 0.75kW turntable motor runs at variable speed for delicate loads like beverage or electronics, while the film carriage uses 0.4kW and the column lift is 0.37kW, all on 110-240V 50/60Hz so it'll work with your existing power.
In most cases we stock the standard configuration in Qingdao with roughly 2-4 weeks lead time for custom color or height options, (usually 4-6 weeks if you need the wrapping frame adjusted for non-standdard film widths) and we do ship with CE cerification and a 1-year warranty that covers the PLC and drive components.
Also — and this is something a few buyers didn't think to ask — it's not well suited for extremely light or oversized loads under about 200kg because the turntable inertia can cause those to drift, so if you're wrapping empty drums or foam pallets, you might need the optional clamp attachment our company offer seperately.
