The changeover is where it really shines, honestly. You’ve got a length range of 250 to 450 mm and width and height both from 150 to 400 mm, so when your line switches form lipstick to shampoo bottles tomorrow, you’re not losing half a shift to adjustments. We usually have stock on the 220V version, but check lead time for 380V if that’s your plant votage.

One thing buyers don’t always ask about is the tape size—it come set for W48mm, 60mm, or 75mm, and you pick one at order because swapping later is a pain, so think about your carton flap overlap before you commit. The machine size is 2000x1900x1450 mm, which is a bit of a footprint, so make sure your floor layout has room to breathe around it.

Actually, it’s not great for tiny runs under 200 cartons—the setup time just isn’t worth it for that, but for anything north of 500 a day, it’s pretty much bulletproof. We’ve pushed 8,000 cartons in a single shift on detergent boxes with the 75mm tape, and the only hiccup was a sensor needing a wipe after a dusty batch of flour.

Anyway, the RFQ you sent—our company can do 220V/50Hz with the 60mm tape option, and lead time is 20 days or so from order to shiping. The 1-year the motor and controller, but not the tape head assembly if you jam it, which happens maybe once a month if your operators are new.
