The DB-8060 automatic strapping machine is a high-performance industrial equipment designed for efficient and secure packaging. It features easy operation and maintenance, making it suitable for various applications such as bundling waste paper, steel pipes, coils, household chemicals, medical supplies, oils, hair care products, cosmetics, skin care items, carbonated drinks, milk, yogurt, pure water, alcoholic beverages, and fruit drinks.
This machine ensures precise strapping with electronic tension control, allowing adjustments from 0 to 70 kgs. It includes auto strap feeding and bounce functions, reducing manual intervention and enhancing productivity. The aluminum arch provides durability and stability, supporting a wide range of strapping sizes from a minimum of 100mm width and 30mm height to a maximum of 850mm width and 585mm height.
With a strapping speed of 2.4 seconds per piece (25 pieces per minute), the DB-8060 is ideal for high-speed packaging lines. It has a warm-up time of 180 seconds and consumes 950W of power, operating on a single-phase electrical supply of 110V/220V at 50Hz/60Hz. The machine's dimensions are 1420mm in length, 633mm in width, and 1520mm in height, with a working table height of 814mm for ergonomic use.
Constructed with a basic type strapping structure and welding type strapping mode, it uses strip materials for secure bundling. The PP strap paper coil has an inner diameter of 8 inches (200mm), and the machine weighs 220 kgs, ensuring portability and stability in industrial settings.
