The max box size is 1200×1200mm, but the minimum folding size differs depending on whether you're running straight or counter — straight starts at 360×300mm, while counter goes down to 320×300mm, so it's better suited for medium to large runs than tiny specialty boxes, and total mechanicla volume is 25500×4000×3700mm, which means you'll need a dedicated bay.
It handles commodity, food, medical, and even apparel packaging well enough, but honestly, it's not ideal for high-moisture environments or anything requiring food-grade coatings out of box — you'd need to verify that with your own trials, and we usually see it used for general indutrial cartons where speed matters more than ultra-precise registration.
Cerification-wise, you get ISO9001, TUV, GMP, ISO, and CE — we've got all the COAs and TDS on file, typically provided within 2-3 days of inquiry, and the warranty is 1 year with an overseas service center availble, though most issues we've seen are with the strapping unit jamming after about 20,000 cycles or so.
Lead time runs 30 to 60 days depending on customization — you can get the size, colors, and logo tailored, but the base model ships faster, and payment terms are usually 30% T/T in advance with the balance before shipment, with plastic wrapped film or wooden box packaging included for ocean freight.

It's not recommended — the minimum is 360×300mm for straight boxes and 320×300mm for counter boxes. Going smaller could cause jams or poor folding quality. If you need to run micro boxes, we'd suggest looking at our DG612 model instead.
We wrap the machine in plastic film or pack it in a wooden box, depending on the transport route. Wooden boxes are standard for sea freight to protect against moisture and bumps. You can specify your preference in the order.
Absolutely — size, colors, and logo are all customizable. Just send us your specs and artwork, and we'll adjust the machine to match. Keep in mind that custom dimensions might add a week or two to the 30-60 day lead time.
