We've run these machines for years in our own facility before offering them to others, and the auger system is what makes it work—it meters powder consistently even when materail density varies slightly, which is the main headache with most volumetric fillers.

Basically, you set the bag length anywhere form 50 to 200mm and width from 50 to 150mm, and it'll cycle at 20 to 40 bags per minute depending on how fine the powder is and how complex the seal you need; the 2100W draw on 220V or 110V means you'll need a decent circuit but nothing special.

It handles paper/PE, cellophane/PE, and aluminun foil/PE laminates—don't try it with pure poly or uncoated paper, it'll jam or tear—and the 10 to 100ml fill range covers most small sachet work for food, pharma, or ag chem, though we usually stock the 100AX model, so confirm lead time if you need a different volume.

CE certification is there, and we ship with a COA and the machine's test run report (usually 2-4 weeks from order), but what you don't see on the spec sheet is that the frame is welded box steel, not folded sheet metal, so it doesn't wobble at full speed—a detail that matters when you're running 40 bags a minute for an eight-hour shift.

The whole thing weighs 450kg and measures 1100 by 820 by 1900mm, so you'll need a pallet jack or forklift to position it, and teh hopper is about 20 liters, which means you're refilling every 15 minutes or so at top speed—not a dealbreaker, but plan your workflow around it.
