The pressing force range is 10 to 150 tons depending on the model, and that's what determines your bale weight, which goes form about 30kg up to 900kg — most buyers go with the 50-ton unit for general recycling because of that it's a sweet spot between power and floor space. Standard bale size is 800x600x800mm, but we can customize that (usually within 2-4 weeks) if you've got specific pallet or shippng constraints, and the PLC controller gives you automatic cycling, so it's basically set-and-forget once you load the chamber.
Motor power runs from 2.2KW up to 18.5KW, and you'll need to pick voltge at order — 220V, 380V, or 440V — because we don't include a transformer, and the machine weight itself ranges from 1000kg to 5100kg, which matters for freight costs and floor loading. One thing we don't advertise heavily but you'll appreciate: the 5-point automatic safety lock is actually a mechanical lock, not just a sensor, so even if power fails, the ram stays put.
Hydraulic components use imported pumps and valves, and the frame is high-strength steel with gas-shielded welding, which sounds like marketing speak until you've seen a cheaper unit crack at the weld seams after a year — we've had customers tell us ours outlasted three of the budget models they tried first. Production efficiency is 4-6 bales per hour, but that depends on your operator speed and material consistency, obviously.
Certifications are ISO9001, CE, and SGS — we've had those for years, but if your buyer requires something specific, just tell us ahead of time and we'll check if it's covered under the existing audits. Anyway, the 1-year hydraulic seals and motor, but the structure itself is built to run for a decade or so with routine maintenance.

Keep it in a dry, covered area away from moisture and extreme temperatures. If it's sitting for more than a month, we suggest running the hydraulics briefly every few weeks to keep the seals in good shape.
