We're looking at roughly 4.1 to 55 kilograms depending on the model in the RCS series, and the closed height ranges from 88 to 222 millimeters across the line — that's pretty compact for up to 200 tons of capacty, which is basically what makes these things useful in tight spaces where you'd otherwise need a much bigger setup.

The spring return mechanism is what brings the piston back down after you release pressure, and it's single acting, so you're only applying hydraulic force on the lift stroke, which keeps the design simpler and usually more reliable for repetitive heavy lifting jobs.

With a maximum working pressure of 700 bar, these jacks are built for industrial use, and the plunger has copper welded steel with a hard chrome plated surface — that surface treatment actually helps prevent scoring and extends the life of the seal, which is a scraper type to keep contamination out (crucial if you're working in dirty environments).

You can customize the stroke length to fit your applicaion, and the grooved plunger end with threaded holes lets you mount tilt saddles or other attachments, but it's not really suited for continuous high-speed cycling — think more along the lines of controlled, occasional lifts where you need precision rather than speed.

Most buyers in my experience go with the 10-ton or 20-ton models for general maintenance work, but we've supplied the 200-ton units for bridge jacking and heavy equipment positioning, and the lead time is usually 20 days or so for standerd configurations, though custom strokes might add a week.
