Most buyers are auto shops that do a lot of heavy line work, but we also see them in maintenance bays for construction equipment where they need something compact that still lifts a solid 140mm from a minimum height of 225mm, and the adjustment range of 105mm gives you enough play to get under most frames without having to shim it up.
The steel is high-grade and the base is 140 by 140 millimeters, which matters more than you'd think because a narrow base on a 30-ton jack gets wobbly real fast, and we've had customers try cheaper units that just don't have the stability — anyway, the piston diameter is 85mm and that's actually a little beefier than some comparable jacks, so it holds up better over thousands of cycles.
it come in a color box, but don't let that fool you — the packaging is fine for single units but if you're ordering a pallet, we usually ship them on skids with strapping, and the net weight is 15.8 kilograms so you're looking at about 16.5 kilos with the box, which is manageable for one person but awkward for long carries.
CE certified out of teh factory, and we provide the COA with every order — the warranty runs one year, but honestly most failures we see are form people running them past the 30-ton limit or not bleeding the air after use, and that's not really a defect thing, it's just how hydraulics work.
Minimum order quantty is typically 50 units or so, but our company can flex that if you're a first-time buyer or if our company have stock sitting — just be aware that the pump oil capasity is 180ml and you'll want to check the level before first use because sometimes they ship a little low, and we usually have stock but confirm lead time if you need them in under 20 days.
It's CE certified, and we can provide material test reports and a 700-bar pressure test certificate upon request. Standard documentation is included with each order.
Yes, we can adjust the lifting height or stroke within reasonable limits, but the MOQ for a customized version is typically 500 units. For standard specs, we can start with smaller orders.
Lead time for 100 units is around 25-30 days after deposit. We can arrange expedited production for an additional fee if you need them sooner.
Each jack comes in a color box, and we can print your logo on the box and the unit itself. Custom packaging requires a small design fee and a slightly longer lead time.
Store it in a dry, clean area between -10°C and 50°C. We recommend keeping the oil in the pump for normal storage, but if you're storing it for over six months, drain and seal the oil port to prevent seal damage.
