We've done these with custom color matching before, so if you need red or blue or something else entirely that's fine—just specify the RAL code and we'll adjust the line. Capasity-wise, the 60T is the most common pick for bus repair shops; the 30T or 50T usually handle lighter trucks but you'll want teh 80T or 100T if you're dealing with fully loaded semis on the regular.
The minimum height runs 165 to 205mm depending on the model, and maximum is 330 to 400mm, so it'll slide under most heavy-duty chassis without issue. Lifting height is 385mm give or take, which is enough for brake jobs or suspension work, but honestly if you need more than that you're better off with a dedicated shop lift.
It's basically a pneumatic hydraulic floor jack with hand/foot dual control—pretty straightforward to operate once you've got the air line hooked up. The integrated water separator is a nice touch, it keeps moisture out of the system and extends the life of the seals, though you'll still want to drain it every 20 days or so depending on your compressor.
Weight runs form 32 to 95kg across range, so the 30T is easy enough to move around but the 120T is a beast—you'll want two people or a dolly for that one. Packing is usually a wooden case for the larger capacities, carton for the smaller ones, but we can do either if you have a preference.
One thing that catches people off guard: the folding mechanism uses a dual-hinge design, which is great for storage but does add a bit of play when you first set it up—tighten the bolts after the first few uses and it'll settle in fine. Not suited for passenger cars, the minimum height is too high and it'd be overkill anyway.
CE certified, steel construction with galvanized or chrome plated suface treatment, solid rubber tires for quiet rolling, we have the 50T and 60T in stock typically, but lead time on the 80T or 100T is about 4 weeks or so—confirm before ordering if you're on a tight schedule.
