Our high-performance hollow hydraulic torque wrench set is engineered for precision bolt tightening in industrial applications. The wrench features an aluminum-titanium alloy body that provides exceptional strength while maintaining lightweight characteristics.
The innovative design includes a 360°×180° rotating hose joint that enables operation in confined spaces, while the precision ratchet mechanism ensures torque output accuracy within ±3%. The system consists of a power head and interchangeable working heads, allowing one power unit to serve multiple applications.
Key features include extendable metric and inch hexagon drive shafts, customizable locking drive shafts, and an ergonomic movable handle for easy operation. The wrench is suitable for screw nuts ranging from 27mm to 200mm, with maximum torque capacity from 2266Nm to 50956Nm depending on model.
Applications include petroleum industry equipment maintenance, large-scale construction projects, and metallurgical plant operations where high-torque precision tightening is required. The hollow design allows the wrench to fit around pipes and obstructions where conventional tools cannot operate.
The adjustable reaction arm with safety lock feature provides additional stability during operation, and can be used without the reaction arm in certain configurations. The system works with high resistance sockets to accommodate various bolt sizes.
