11.5 kilos for the 2.5-ton model, that's lightest one we make, and a single guy can actually haul it around a rail yard without breaking a sweat. We've had mechanics tell us it's way better than lugging a clunky bottle jack under a boxcar, especially when you've got maybe 20mm of clearance to work with.
For the bigger stuff, like the 25-ton or 50-ton, the lifting height at the head goes up to 158mm, which is pretty much perfect for sliding under a truck's axle when you're swapping out a brake assembly. The toe height is lower, around 20mm to 150mm depending on the model, so it gets into tight spots where a standerd jack just won't fit.
Most buyers go with the 10-ton for general repair work, but we see a lot of orders for the 2.5-ton and 5-ton form railway maintenance crews who need that low profile. The 200° swivel handle is actually something they don't think to ask about, but it makes a huge difference when you're working between tracks and can't reposition the whole jack.
It's all welded steel base construction, electrically welded, so there's no seam leaks, and teh overload protection system kicks in at about 150% of rated capacity—we test every unit at that threshold before it ships. The temperture range is -20°C to 60°C, but honestly, if you're working in extreme cold, the hydraulic fluid might thicken up, but it still works fine.
For automotive repair, the 5-ton is easier to handle than the 10-ton, and it's fine for most SUVs and light trucks, but don't use it on heavy equipement—the base isn't wide enough for that kind of stability. We usually have stock on the 2.5 and 5-ton models, but the 25-ton or 50-ton might need a lead time of about 20 days or so, just confirm when you order.
The anti-corrosion coating holds up well in outdoor use, but it's not meant for constant salt spray or anything. CE and ISO 9001 certs are on every unit, and we include a COA with the shipment, though you'll want to request it specifically if you need it for your paperwork.
Typical lead time for the MHC-25RS is 15-20 working days after order confirmation. MOQ is 10 units per model, but we can mix different capacities in the same shipment to hit that number.

Each jack is individually packed in a cardboard box with foam inserts, then shrink-wrapped on a pallet. The anti-corrosion coating protects against humidity, but we recommend storing it indoors below 60°C for best results.
The overload protection uses a pressure relief valve that kicks in when the load exceeds rated capacity, preventing jack failure. Every unit is tested at 110% of its rated load before leaving the factory.
