You've got a length of track that's shifted out of alignment or needs a full replacement, and the 245kN model is what gets it back into place without tearing out the ties or damaging rail itself — it's not just about brute force, it's about control.

We've been moving these for railway yards and maintenance crews, and what it does is combine the lifting and the lateral lining into one operation, so you're not swapping out jacks every few minutes. Basically halves the time on a typical tie gang job, and that matters when you're working a short possession window (usually 2-4 hours).

The rated lifting force is 245 kN with a lift height of 135 mm, and the lining side pushes at 145 kN over 95 mm of travel — they're not interchangeable, so know which end does what. Weight is 23 kg, so one person can handle it on the flat, but you'll want two hands when you're walking it down teh ballast.

Stainles steel body means it won't rust out from the first rain, but keep the hydraulic piston rod clean because grit form the track bed will eat the seals faster than you'd think. Also, the base plate is machined flat but not ground, so it sits solid on the rail foot without skidding under load.

MOQ is usually around 5 units for a mixed order, but if you need a single jack for a pilot job our company can do that — just expect a longer lead time, about 20 days or so. COA is included with every shipment, but we don't test the full 245 kN cycle on each one unless you request it, because of that it takes a special test rig our company have to book in advance.
Our MOQ is 10 units per order, but we can discuss smaller quantities for first-time buyers or sample orders.
We provide a material certificate for the stainless steel and a test report confirming the 245 kN lifting force. A CE declaration is also available on request.
Standard specs are fixed at 135 mm lift and 145 kN lining force, but we can adjust the stroke length slightly for bulk orders if you need a different range.
Lead time is around 25 working days after order confirmation and deposit, depending on current production load.
Keep it in a dry, indoor environment away from moisture and extreme temperatures. Apply a light coat of anti-rust oil on exposed metal parts if storing for over 6 months.
