The Hikelok 60 series ultrahigh pressure fittings are engineered for demanding industrial applications requiring reliable performance under extreme conditions. These precision fittings feature a coned-and-threaded connection system that ensures leak-proof performance even at maximum pressure ratings.
Available in four standard sizes (1/4", 3/8", 9/16" and 1"), these fittings maintain exceptional pressure ratings: 60000 psi (4136 bar) for sizes up to 9/16" and 43000 psi (2964.7 bar) for the 1" size. The temperature range spans from cryogenic -423°F (-252°C) up to 1200°F (649°C), making them suitable for diverse industrial environments.
Constructed from special 316 stainless steel and Alloy 826 materials, these fittings offer superior corrosion resistance and mechanical strength. The hexagon head design provides excellent torque transmission during installation, while optional anti-vibration components enhance system stability in high-vibration applications.
Union tees in the 60 series feature precise dimensional specifications with thickness ranging from 0.09" (2.3mm) for 1/4" size to 0.44" (11.1mm) for 1" size. All fittings undergo polishing surface treatment for optimal flow characteristics and easy maintenance.
