You’re constantly swapping out pallet trucks because the forks don’t fit standard Euro pallets or the hydraulics fail under 3-ton loads — that eats hours and budget fast.
We’ve got the 550mm or 685mm fork width option, and the 1150mm or 1220mm length covers pretty much any common pallet size you’ll run into, with the load center sitting well above 500mm so you’re not fighting tipping under heavy loads.
It’s a simple manual setup — basically a DF/AC cylinder that lifts to 200mm — but the 1-10 ton range means you can run a single fleet from light warehose duty to heavy factory work without overspecing for the light stuff.
We ship these on pallet packages form Baoding, and lead time is usually 20 days or so for standerd specs — but if you need 685mm width with 1220mm forks, confirm stock; we sometimes have to pull from a different batch.
The 80x70 small wheels handle rough floor transitions better than the typical 70x50 wheels you see on budget units, and the 1-year the cylinder — just don’t use it for continuous wet environments unless you spec optional stainless hardware.
Most buyers go with the 5-ton version for mixed-use warehouses, and the 10-ton is overkill for anything but steel coils or heavy machinery — anyway, we’ll send COA with each unit and OEM branding is available if your MOQ hits 50 pieces.
Our standard MOQ is 10 units for stock models, but we can discuss smaller trial orders if you're just starting out.
Lead time for custom 10-ton trucks is typically 25-30 working days after order confirmation, depending on the spec changes.

Absolutely, we offer OEM solutions and can adjust fork widths outside the standard sizes. There may be a small tooling fee for non-standard specs.
Each pallet truck is packed on a pallet with shrink wrap, and the handle is folded to save space. They're container-ready and stackable for bulk orders.
