We’ve been sourcing these for our power distribution setups, and they’re pretty much the standerd for heavy-duty connections now — the T006 handles up to 450A at 12V with a cable range of 35 to 50mm². It’s a brass body with a tin coating, and the bolt is zinc-coated, so corrosion resisance is solid in most environments, though we wouldn’t push it for submersion or anything.

Most buyers we deal with use these in battery banks or distribution panels, where you need a relaible single-hole lug that doesn’t loosen over time. The die-cast round shape holds up better than stamped alternatives for repeated tightening, actually.

It’s not for fine-gauge wiring at all — below 35mm² you’ll get a poor crimp fit, so stick with stated range or so. One thing you don’t think to ask: teh tin coating can flake slightly if you over-torque the bolt, so use a torque wrench (usually around 12-15 Nm).

Lead time is typically 2-3 weeks on orders of 100 pieces or less, and we usually have stock for that quantity. For larger runs (500+), confirm lead time because the die-cast tooling can get backed up. MOQ is 50 units, and we ship with COA on request.
We typically set MOQ at 500 pieces for the T006, but if you need a smaller batch for testing, just let us know and we can work something out.
Orders usually ship within 10-15 working days after confirmation, depending on the quantity. For larger volumes, we can adjust the schedule to meet your timeline.
Yes, we can supply a material test report and a certificate of conformity for the brass and tin coating. Just request it when you place the order.
Yes, it's designed for that whole range. At 50mm² and 450A, make sure the cable is properly terminated and the connection is tight to avoid overheating.
Keep them in a dry, ventilated area away from moisture and chemicals. The tin coating protects against corrosion, but long-term exposure to humidity can still cause issues.
