We keep about 30 units in our main warhouse, so lead time is usually 1-2 business days for stock orders — but larger quantities might need a week or so depending on the crate assembly and if we're between container arrivals.
It's a manual hydraulic rail jack with a 15-ton top lift and 7.5 tons on the foot, lifting to 280mm from a total height of 580mm; the foot sits at 60mm, which matters when you're working tight to rail base.
Most track teams use this for bridge installations or swapping out worn sections, but it's not really suited for continuous production-line lifting — the manual pump action gets tiring after 50 cycles or so.
The claw mechanism engages directly with teh rack, and what it does is give a smooth vertical lift without the jerking you get from some cheaper jacks; we've seen guys prefer it over screw jacks for precision alignment.
Packging is a solid wood crate, so it ships well internationally, but check the net weight before ordering — it's heavy enough that freight costs vary a lot by region, and we don't always have the exact shiping quote ready.
CE and ISO certified, with overload protection built in, and the high-grade steel construction means it'll take a few knocks on site; the 1-year manufacturing defects, but normal wear on the hydraulic seals isn't included.
Our standard MOQ is 10 units per order, but we can discuss smaller quantities for trial orders if you're just getting started.
Lead time is usually 15-20 working days from order confirmation, depending on stock levels. We'll give you a precise date when you place the order.

We can adjust the lifting height or foot height for bulk orders, but the standard 280mm and 60mm are fixed for the QD15 model. Custom specs require a minimum order of 50 units and a bit more lead time.
It comes in a solid wood crate, fully secured to prevent any damage during shipping. The crate is sturdy enough for sea freight and rough handling.
