We've been shipping the LS-75LD for a while now, and it basically handles the full sterilization cycle start to finish—including automatic cool air discharge and steam release after the cycle ends. The 75-liter chamber is stainless steel, which holds up pretty well in busy labs or clinics where you're running multiple loads daily.
Most buyers use it for surgical instruments or lab glassware, though it's not really suited for heat-sensitive plastics unless you're careful with the temperature. You can dial in anywhere from 105 to 134°C, and the uniformity stays within ±1°C across the chamber—that's tighter than reagent-grade sterilizers for this size. The LCD screen shows pressure and temp in real time, and the timer runs up to 99 minutes.
It's got three layers of protection—over-temp, over-pressure, and a water deficiency cutoff—so you don't have to babysit it. The working pressrue sits at 0.22MPa, with a max of 0.23MPa before the safety kicks in. Overall footprint is about 550 by 530 by 990mm, and it come with two stainless baskets (usually enough for a standard load of forceps and trays).
We carry CE, FDA, and ISO13485 on this model, which pretty much covers most internatioanl compliance requirement. The power draw is 4.5KW at 220V/50Hz, so check your facility's outlet setup before ordering—some older buildings need an adapter. Lead time is usually 20 days or so, but we can confirm once we see the volume.
One thing a lot of buyers don't think to ask: the audible alarm at cycle end is actually loud enough to hear form down the hall, which saves you from running back and forth. Anyway, if you're looking at the 75L, we typically have stock on hand, though large orders (50 units or so) might shift the timeline.
