We're shipping quite a few of these to diagnostic labs right now, actually—the 75L model is probably our best seller for general hospital use, but the 35L works fine for smaller clinics, and you'll often see the 100L in central sterilization departments where throughput matters more than bench space.
Most buyers go with the 50L or 75L when they're running multiple trays of instruments daily, and teh key thing is that at 134°C you're looking at a full cycle—including drying—in roughly 25 minutes or so, so it's not just about volume but turnaround time.
Lead time on these is usually 15-20 working days for the 50L and 75L, but the 100L can stretch to about 30 days if we're out of stock on the chamber cylinders, so confirm before you lock in a delivrey date; MOQ is typically 10 units for bulk pricing, but we've done smaller trial orders at standard rates.
Over-temperature alarm and presure protection are standard across all models, and the microcomputer control keeps temperture uniformity within 1°C—that matters more for wrapped packs than for unwrapped instruments, but it's a spec buyers always ask about.
Pricing for the 50L model in volumes of 20 units or more works out to roughly $2,800 per unit ex-works, and our company can include custom labeling or branding on the LCD interface and outer packaging as long as you give us about 2 weeks for artwork approval.
We offer four models: 35L, 50L, 75L, and 100L. The specific model number reflects the chamber volume, so LPLS-35HD is 35 liters, LPLS-50HD is 50 liters, and so on.
MOQ is typically 1 unit for stock models, but we can discuss larger quantities if you need a bulk order. Just let us know your target volume.
Standard lead time is around 15-30 working days after order confirmation, depending on the model and quantity. We'll confirm a more precise timeline once we have your specs.
Each unit is CE, FDA, EEC, and ISO13485 certified. We can provide the relevant certificates and inspection reports upon request.
The standard microcomputer control allows you to set temperature from 105-134°C and timer from 0-99 min or hours. Custom firmware for specialized cycles is possible if you need it—just discuss your requirements with our team.
