The MZY Series Herbal Medicine Steam Sterilizer is engineered for the sterilization and drying of herbal medicines, spices, healthy foods, cereals, fish meal, dried vegetables, and tea leaves. This industrial-grade sterilizer utilizes saturated steam to eliminate bacterial spores through hydrolysis, ensuring effective sterilization while maintaining product integrity.
Traditional sterilization methods such as cobalt-60, ethylene oxide, and microwave treatments often leave chemical residues or are cost-prohibitive. The MZY Series addresses these challenges with steam sterilization, which is both efficient and residue-free. The horizontal rectangular design features internal and external steam heating, along with a unique moisture-proof device to prevent powder agglomeration.
The sterilizer is equipped with a PLC+HMI control system, providing data recording, printing, and saving functions. It also includes a GMP-compliant temperature and pressure validation port for quality assurance. Post-sterilization, the product meets stringent standards with mold and bacteria counts below 10cfu/p, loose powder consistency, and water content under 5%.
Applications include the sterilization of herbal materials such as Gastrodia elata, Panax notoginseng, Dendrobium, and Ginseng, as well as spices, cereals, and dried vegetables. The MZY Series is available in multiple chamber volumes, from 360L to 4000L, to accommodate various production needs.
