The MDD Series Pulse Vacuum Steam Sterilizer employs intense heat of saturated steam to build up pressure within the chamber and effectively kill bacterial spores. Through hydrolysis process, it denatures and coagulates cell proteins, then dries the loading with heat from jacket while vacuuming out the humidity inside chamber.
This sterilizer features ring-shaped jacket structure for higher strength and stability, multiple steam access for more uniform temperature distribution, and three working processes: gravity, pre-vacuum, and pulse-vacuum. It offers various door options including hinged door, vertical sliding door, and horizontal sliding door.
The equipment comes with food grade door seal using hollow structure and compressed air seal technology. Safety features include pressure safety lock and interlock function. Optional bio-seal and condensate inactivation are available for enhanced sterilization performance.
With LCD display and ultra high temperature alarm, the sterilizer provides precise control and monitoring of sterilization process. It records and prints sterilization information including temperature and time for quality assurance.
