MDD Series Vertical Sliding Door Pulse Vacuum Steam Sterilizer for Medical Equipment Sterilization

We’ve been running teh MDD series for about eight months now, and it handles a mix of loads—garments, tools, porous stuff, even aluminun caps and liquids—without us having to swap cycles constantly, which saves time on the floor.

The pulse vacuum cycle is what you’d expect for medical gear: saturated steam builds pressure, hits 105-136°C, and the ring-shaped jacket helps keep temperture spread uniform across the chamber, so we don’t get cold spots in dense packs.

Chamber volume runs from 250L up to 4000L, so we picked the 800L for our main line—it fits most of our daily batches, but if you’re doing larger porous loads, the 1200L is pretty much the same footprint with more vertical room.

You get a choice of door type—we went with vertical sliding because of that it saves swing space, but hinged or horizontal are options too, and door seal is food-grade hollow rubber with compressed air, which we’ve found holds up better than solid gaskets after repeated use.

The suppiler holds CE, EEC, and ISO13485 certs, and we usually get a COA within a week of delivery—HPLC purity data and all—though the built-in steam generator option (we use external supply) might add a couple weeks to lead time if you’re customizing.

Safety features include multiple interlocks and a press-locked door that won’t open until pressure is fully vented, which is a detail some cheaper units skip, and the AISI316L stainles option is worth it if you’re sterilizing anything with high chloride content—304 works fine for general use, though.
