We've found these tabletop autoclaves are actually a bit heavy for what they are—92kg for the 35L model—so you'll want a sturdy bench, but once it's in place, it handles a solid workflow without hogging floor space like a floor model would.
What it does is run at 134°C and 0.22MPa with a tempearture adjustment range of 105-134°C, and heat average stays within ±1°C, which basically means consistent sterilization cycles even if you're running back-to-back loads of instruments or research media.
The 35L chamber (φ300×500mm) fits four sterilizing plates sized 400×200×30mm, and teh 50L version (φ340×550mm) uses 500×250×30mm plates—both are stainles steel, and the drying function plus automatic steam discharge and cool air exhaust cut down on cycle time.
You get a digital display with touch key controls, door safety lock, water lack protection, and an ultra high temperature alarm, so it covers the basics for lab or clinic use—CE, EEC, and ISO13485 certified, though it's not suited for high-throughput hospital central sterile departments.
Lead time is roughly 20 days or so form order, and we usually have stock on the 35L model—MOQ is one unit, but confirm if you need custom OEM/ODM options like different power supply (2.7KW/AC220V/50Hz is standerd) or branding.
