The whole system is built form 304 or 316L stainless steel — we've had one buyer push mango puree through a tubular unit for about three years with no fouling issues beyond normal CIP cycles, and the automated PLC controls let you dial in hold times and temperatures for different products without babysitting it all day.
What you actually get when ordering is sterilizer unit itself, the control panel with a touchscreen interface, a set of temperature and pressrue sensors already wired in, and we include a basic tool kit for pipe connections — the COA covers materail certs and weld inspections, and we usually have stock for the common capacities (1000L, 3000L, 5000L) but the 10000L version needs about 35 working days or so for fabrication.
Bulk pricing drops noticeably above five units — give or take 12-15% off list depending on configuration, and the two-year everything except consumable gaskets and heating elements, which are cheap to replace anyway.
