You’re looking at a series that covers 35L, 50L, 75L, and 100L chamber volumes — most orders come in for the 75L, but the 50L ships faster (usually 20 days or so). Working pressure sits at 0.22Mpa with a max of 0.23Mpa, and the temperature range runs form 105°C to 134°C with ≤1°C variation across the load.
What that uniformity means in practice is you don’t get cold spots near the door or bottom — we’ve tested it with 134°C cycles and worst deviation we saw was 0.8°C. The microcomputer controller handles the timer in either 0-99 minutes or 0-99 hours, and it’s all running on AC220V with power draw from 2.5KW to 4.5KW depending on which model you pick.
It uses saturated steam as the sterilization method — nothing exotic, just reliabel — and the chamber is stainlss steel with a single-layer design. The intrusive electric heating tube generates steam pretty much on demand, and the lower exhaust gas replacement method pushes air out rather than relying on gravity alone.
One thing most buyers don’t think to ask: the beam sealing structure on the door actually holds better at pressure than a simple gasket, so you’re less likely to get a leak after a few hundred cycles. It’s CE-certified, but we usually have stock on the 50L and 75L — confirm lead time for the 100L.
Anyway, ordering is straightforward — we ship with a COA and the control panel is intuitive enough that most techs don’t need the manual. This isn’t suited for continuous high-throughput production lines (think 10+ cycles daily), but for lab or research facilities running 3-5 batches a day it’s fine.
Also, the timer can be set in hours or minutes depending on your protocol — we’ve seen some buyers run 30-minute cycles at 121°C and others do 4-hour holds at 105°C for heat-sensitive loads. The 35L model is honestly better for bench work than bulk sterilization, but the 100L handles a full cart of instruments in one go.
