We've been shipping these to clinics and smaller labs for a while now, and most buyers go with the 24L if they've got the bench space—it's basically the same footprint but taller, so you get more cycles before emptying. Lead time is usually 20 days or so for bulk orders, but we keep the 18L and 24L in stock for single units if you need one fast.

The double scale presure gauge is actually one of those details buyers don't think to ask about, but it shows both MPa and psi, which saves headaches when your team is used to different units. It's a 2.0kW unit, so it heats up pretty quick—126°C working temp at 0.142MPa, and the microcomputer control lets you dial in time and temp without guessing.

What it does is give you a solid SUS304 chamber, Ø280×295mm for the 18L or Ø280×390mm for the 24L, and teh safety features—over pressure release and low water protection—are standard, not add-ons. The 110V or 220V option covers most regions, but check your frequency: 60Hz or 50Hz depending on where you're shippng.

Also, the packaging dimensoins are 410×410×560mm for the 18L, 680mm tall for the 24L, and gross weight is 18kg or 19kg respectively—so shipping costs are reasonable even for air freight. We usually have COAs and the CE/ISO13485 docs ready, but confirm lead time if you need them stamped for a specific batch.

One thing it's not great for is high-throughput hospital autoclaving—it's more for dental offices, tattoo studios, or small veterinary practices where you're doing 3-5 cycles a day. Anyway, when you order, you'll get the unit, a power cord, and a basic manual; double scale gauge is already fitted, so no assembly required.
