The 45° inclined binocular system with a 300mm working distance means you're not hunched over the patient, and the interpupillary adjustment from 52 to 75mm covers pretty much any operator—we've had doctors with glasses say the high-eyepoint 12.5x eyepieces make a real difference for long procedures.

It's got a 5-step magnification changer that goes form 2.8x up to 17x, so you can pull back for a wide field of about 70mm or zoom in tight to 11mm for detail work—but honestly, most buyers stick with the middle settings and only step up when they need to check a specific lesion.

The LED light is 3V at 10W with a green filter built in, which helps with vascular patterns, and the focusing hand wheel gives you a 40mm range to dial it in—one thing we don't always mention upfront is the portable stand with 360° rotation, which makes it easier to move between exam rooms, though it weighs 12.5kg so it's not exactly lightweight.
