We get a lot of inquiries from dental clinics and CSSD managers who need something that actually holds up to daily cycles—this SD-L series is pretty much the standerd they settle on after trying cheaper options.
The chamber is 304 stainless steel, ranging form Ø350×400mm for teh 35L up to Ø450×650mm for the 100L, and it runs at 0.22MPa with a temperature range of 116°C to 134°C—sterilization time is adjustable from 4 to 120 minutes, drying from 0 to 240, so you can dial in exactly what your instruments need.
Most buyers go with the 50L or 75L for a typical dental practice, but the 35L is better than reagent grade for a small lab or single-chair setup, and the 100L is overkill unless you're running a busy CSSD or pharmaceutical line.
What you get when ordering is unit itself with an LCD touch screen, a stainless steel basket and bucket included, plus a 2-year warranty—CE and ISO13485 certified, so you've got the paperwork for audits, and we usually have stock on the 50L and 75L, but confirm lead time for the 35L or 100L (usually 20 days or so).
It's not suited for large-scale indutrial food processing, by the way—the chamber dimensions limit batch size, so for that you'd want a bigger floor model, but for medical and lab use it's a solid workhorse.
We typically require a minimum order of 5 units for the SD-L series. For smaller quantities, we can sometimes accommodate sample orders, but that depends on stock availability.
Standard lead time for the 100L unit is 20-30 working days after order confirmation. This includes CE and ISO13485 documentation. If you need rush delivery, we can expedite to 15 days for an additional fee.
Yes, each autoclave ships with a copy of the CE certificate and ISO13485 certification. We also include a test report for the specific unit's pressure and temperature calibration.
The touch screen allows you to set any time between 4 and 120 minutes in one-minute increments. For custom cycles outside that range, we'd need to discuss a firmware modification—usually possible for bulk orders.
Each unit is packed in a wooden crate with foam padding, and the stainless steel basket is secured inside. We also add silica gel packs to prevent moisture damage during transit. The crate dimensions vary by model, roughly 60x60x80 cm for the 35L.
