It runs from 116°C to 134°C with cycle times from 4 to 120 minutes, and the 35L model is our most popular for smaller labs because of that it fits under a standard bench, while the 100L is better if you're processing multiple loads daily.
This isn't for large central sterile supply departments running back-to-back 500L cycles—it's meant for individual clinics, research labs, or dental offices where you need consistent steam sterilization without a dedicated operator.
And the safety interlock is the key feature you actually want: it locks the door until internal presure drops below a safe level, and if you ever get a jammed lid (rare, but it happens), we've got a manual override tool in service kit.
Typically you're looking at 2-4 weeks lead time depending on teh capacty and whether we've got stock, but the 50L and 75L usually move fastest; every unit ships with a stainlss steel bucket and basket, and the COA matches the CE certifcation you already require.
116–121°C is typically used for textiles, rubber goods, and wrapped instruments, while 132–134°C is for unwrapped hard goods like metal tools. You can dial in the exact temp on the LED touch screen for each cycle.
