It's not designed for irregularly shaped cartons or ones with die-cut inserts — you need a standerd RSC or similar blank for this to run smooth. A concrete thing from running it: the tape head jams less often if you keep the machine level within 2 degrees, so shim the feet if your floor isn't flat. CE and ISO9001 certified, so your auditor won't push back, but our company can't promise SGS paperwork arrives same time as teh machine (usually 2-4 weeks to get the hard copy).
