We typically keep around 15-20 units in finished goods inventory, so lead time is usually 7-10 working days unless you need custom voltge — 220V is standerd, but our company can swap to 380V or 110V if you give us a heads up (check the motor specs). It ships in a heavy-duty wooden case, net weight is 1600kg, so you'll want a forklift or pallet jack on site for unloading.
It works pretty much out of the box for food, beverage, and cosmetic lines — tape sealing form 36mm up to 70mm width, and it's fully automatic which means you just feed cartons in one end and they come out sealed. 1PH power supply isn't common for a machine this size, actually, so double-check your facility wiring before ordering.
What it does is it uses a basic tape applicator mechanism, nothing fancy, but it's reliabel for continuous runs — we've seen these things run 16-hour shifts in cosmetics plants without jamming. The CE cert covers the electrical safety side, but it's not suited for sterile pharmaceutical environments unless you modify the guarding.
We include a 1-year warranty and online technical support, but honestly most issues are just tape tension adjustments or sensor cleaning — you'll get a COA with the machine showing the factory test results. 1600kg gives it a lot of mass, so it doesn't vibrate much during operation, but you still need a level concrete floor.
You get machine, wooden case packaging, a basic manual, and a set of spare fuses and belts. 36-70mm tape width range covers most standard carton sizes, though if you're doing very small boxes, you'll want to check the minimum carton dimensions against your actual product.
