The SDW-FA500 semi-automatic case sealing machine is designed for efficient carton packaging operations. This versatile equipment features manual width and height adjustment capabilities, allowing quick adaptation to different carton specifications.
Equipped with a precision tape head and bottom dual side belt drive system, the machine ensures smooth operation and consistent sealing quality. The standard working height of 600mm provides ergonomic operation, while the durable construction guarantees long service life.
This semi-automatic sealer can be used as standalone equipment or integrated into production lines. It performs "I"-shaped sealing (middle-line sealing) of carton tops and bottoms in one operation when used with manual top cover folding.
The machine supports various tape widths (48mm/60mm/75mm) and handles cartons from 150×120×130mm to unlimited length×500×500mm. With a packing speed of 20m/min, it significantly improves packaging efficiency while reducing labor costs.
Applications include packaging for cosmetics, cleaning products, detergents, beverages, skin care products, vegetables, and fruits. Custom specifications are available to meet specific production requirements.
