The MDVC Series incorporates several safety features including over-temperature automatic protection, anti-dry burning protection, door safety interlocking, and overpressure relief valve. The heat preservation and insulation cover prevents operator scalding while maintaining energy efficiency. The positive pressure pulse steam exhaust function ensures complete elimination of cold air in the sterilization chamber for optimal steam saturation.
For liquid sterilization, the system features both fast and slow exhaust steam automatic control functions to prevent liquid overflow. The built-in water tank with soda water circulation maintains a clean and dry operating environment. The horizontal sliding quick door structure with self-expanding seal ensures simple and safe operation.
