The MDH Series Pulse Vacuum Steam Sterilizer is designed for effective sterilization of medical equipment, laboratory tools, garments and liquids. Utilizing saturated steam under pressure, this equipment ensures thorough sterilization by denaturing bacterial proteins through hydrolysis.
Available in multiple configurations including hinged door, vertical sliding door and horizontal sliding door options to suit different facility requirements. The sterilizer features a ring-shaped jacket structure for enhanced strength and stability, along with multiple steam access points for uniform temperature distribution.
Key features include three working processes (gravity, pre-vacuum, pulse-vacuum), food grade door seal with compressed air seal technology, pressure safety lock with interlock function, and optional bio-seal and condensate inactivation systems.
The sterilizer is equipped with LCD display for operation monitoring, ultra high temperature alarm for safety, and sterilization information recording capability. Chamber materials are available in AISI316L/304 stainless steel options for different application requirements.
