We're replacing the old floor model with JM-LD 35L unit specifically for the mushroom substrate runs, and it's a better fit than the lab autoclaves we've been borrowing.
It hits 134°C at 0.22MPa which is plenty for sterilizing straw and sawdust, and the 35L model is actually 48×46×85 cm so it fits under the exhaust hood without modifications — the digital LED touch controls let you set sterilization time anywhere from 0 to 99 minutes.
Two stainles steel baskets come with it, but the 200L version is really what the big growers use, for our small batch glass bottle runs the 35L is fine. And one thing: it's not suited for liquids unless you're careful, the presure release is automatic and can be a bit aggressive.
So we ordered the 35L, AC220V about 42 kg net weight, and the CE and FDA certs cover what our QA needs for the substrate work.
We usually have stock on these, but teh 200L model takes 20 days or so lead time — confirm before ordering if you need that capacity.
Basically, this replaces the need to outsource sterilization for the small mushroom blocks, and the 1-year warranty is standdard.
We can do single units for testing, but standard MOQ is 5 pieces per model. If you're mixing capacities in one order, we need 10 total units to keep pricing consistent.
Lead time is roughly 15-20 working days for 200L units. Smaller capacities like 35L or 50L usually ship within 10-15 days if we have stock.
Yes, we include both CE and FDA certificates with every unit. ISO13485 documentation is also available on request.
No, the timer maxes out at 99 minutes. If you need longer cycles, you'd have to restart the program manually once it finishes.
Keep it in a dry, ventilated area away from moisture. Drain any leftover water from the chamber and leave the door slightly open to prevent odor buildup.
