The YX-18HDD runs at 126°C, which is typically fine for most media and instruments, and the digital LCD display shows you the timer set for 0-99 minutes, so you know exactly where you are in the cycle; the 2kW heating element gets it up to temp pretty quick, and we usually ship the 18L model at about 12kg net weight, roughly 42×42×63cm boxed.
What it does is maintain a steady pressrue, and the automatic power cut-off kicks in if something goes wrong, which is a nice safety net—better than reagent grade autoclaves for this kind of duty cycle, honestly. But it's not suited for porous loads like wrapped packs or large volumes of liquid, because the chamber's on the smaller side, so keep that in mind if you're processing bulk materials.
Also, the stainlss steel body handles routine cleaning with ethanol or mild detergents without pitting, a detail a buyer might not think to ask but matters when you're running daily cycles, and the crossbeam construction means the lid seals evenly without the need for a separate locking pin, so there's one less thing to misplace.
For customiaztion, our company offer OEM on the control panel labeling and packging, but the sterilization temp and pressure are fixed at 126°C and 0.142MPa (give or take), so if you need a different setpoint, you'd have to look at a different model—we usually have stock, but confirm lead time for non-standard quantities, which can run 20 days or so depending on the batch.
100 units or so is the typical MOQ for a custom run, and we ship with COA and TDS included, though SDS is avaliable on request; you'll get it in a plain carton with foam inserts, no fancy branding unless you specify otherwise, so basically you're paying for the steel and the heating element, not the box.
Our MOQ for this model is 10 units per order. We can discuss smaller quantities for first-time buyers or sample orders, but standard wholesale pricing kicks in at 10.
Lead time is typically 15-20 working days after order confirmation and payment, depending on stock levels. Custom packaging might add a few days.
Yes, each unit ships with a CE certificate and a test report for the crossbeam seal and pressure vessel. We can provide these docs before shipment if needed.
The standard power supply is 220V 2kW, but we can customize the heating element for 110V on orders of 50 units or more. Just let us know in the inquiry.
Each autoclave is packed in a sturdy export carton with foam padding inside, plus a wooden crate for larger orders. We also include a user manual and a spare seal ring.
