We’ve been running this unit for about eight months now, and it’s been pretty much problem-free—the PLC and touch screen make adjustments dead simple, even for the new guys on the night shift.

The 250% pre-stretch is the real workhorse here, film waste by a noticeable margin compared to our old machine, and it still holds loads tight enough for the beverage pallets we ship out, which are usually around 800kg or so. Turntable speed can be dialed from 1 to 10 cycles per minute, so you can slow it down for unstable stacks or crank it up for standard boxes. One thing we didn’t think to ask about upfront is the film roll size limit—it only takes 500mm wide rolls with a 76mm core, which is standard for machine-grade stretch film, but worth checking if you’re used to hand wrap rolls.

It’s not ideal for very tall or top-heavy loads without the height extension option, though we’ve found the standard 2100mm covers most of our pallets fine. The foldable tower is actually a nice space-saver when we’re not wrapping, but we mostly leave it upright.
CE certifcation was a must for our export orders, and teh suppiler had the paperwork ready without any hassle. Machine weight is 440kg, so you’ll want a pallet jack or forklift for positioning—dual fork access on the front and rear makes that easier than most units we’ve handled.

We usually keep a spare film carriage assembly on hand, but honestly, the pre-stretch mechanism has held up better than expected given daily abuse. Lead time was about 3 weeks when we ordered, but confirm that base on current stock.
We can do 1 unit for trial orders, but for regular production runs the MOQ is typically 5 units. If you need a larger volume, let us know and we can work out pricing.
For a standard 1500mm turntable model, lead time is about 15-20 working days. If you need the optional 2600mm or 3000mm height, add a few more days.
Yes, it's CE certified, and we can provide the certificate along with the machine. If you need other documents like a wiring diagram or manual, those are included too.
Absolutely, the turntable runs at 1-10 cycles per minute, and you can set the speed right on the touch screen. It's PLC-controlled, so you can fine-tune it for fragile or heavy loads.
You'll need machine-grade stretch film, 17-23 microns thick, with a 500mm width and 76mm inner core. The roll outer diameter max is 250mm, and the film carriage gives you 250% pre-stretch for better load stability.
