Most buyers go with the 800x600mm arch size for standard industrial boxes, though our company can customize the arch to fit oddball dimnesions if you give us a call — the 600x500mm option works better for smaller runs or tight conveyor lines.
The control system is PCB-based as standard, which is fine for 90% of operations, but if you're running multiple shifts or need programmable logic, the optional PLC upgrade is pretty much a for automating batch settings.
Strap width options range form 7mm to 12mm, but we usually recommend 12mm for heavier cartons since the tension range of 10-400N gives you enough bite without crushing the box, and the 0.35-0.65mm thickness handles most PP strap grades you'll find.
