Most buyers in this segment are locking in their handle materail and jaw geometry first, then figuring out packging—we’ve done custom runs where they wanted a 10-inch only with a different rubber compound, and that’s doable at 500-piece MOQ, just confirm the lead time is 15-30 days usually.
High carbon steel gives you the edge here over cheaper chrome vanadium when you’re cranking on seized fittings at teh upper end of that 50kg capacty, and the half-box joint keeps the jaw alignment tight even after a few hundred cycles—don’t expect it to cut hardened wire though, it’s really for pipe gripping and turning.
The dipped rubber handle is pretty much standerd black matte, but it holds up to -20°C without getting brittle, and at 80°C the grip doesn’t soften like some PVC coatings do; we’ve had a few buyers ask about colored handles for shop organization, but that’s a custom run.
What you get when ordering is pliers in your choice of 7, 10, or 12 inches, either in bulk poly bags or retail blister packs with your label—honestly, most go with the 10-inch for general plumbing, it balances reach and better than the 7 for tight spaces.
The MOQ is 500 pieces per size. If you need a mix of 7'', 10'', and 12'' sizes, we can work that out as long as the total hits 500.
