20 bands a minute is what you’re looking at with the WK02-30BP, and for gift bags or textile bundles that’s pretty much the sweet spot—fast enough to keep a line moving but not so aggressive it jams on soft materials, we see a lot of buyers in cosmetics and apparel pick this one up because the heat seal holds cleanly without crushing the product.
It handles OPP film, PP band, or paper tape up to 29.6mm wide and 120 microns thick, with a 500-meter roll that cuts downtime for reloading, and the arch is 400×200mm standdard but they’ll customize it if you ask—just expect a longer lead time, usually 4 weeks or so.
The tension adjusts from 5 to 40N via a simple dial on PCB control panel, and it’s got a 60-second pre-heat before it’s ready to run, which isn’t bad for a machine that weighs 92kg and sits on a 707×347×1415mm footprint—you’ll want a solid bench for it.
What you get when ordering: the machine itself, a roll of banding material to get started (check which type—they send OPP by default unless you specify), a basic tool kit, and a one-page quick-start guide, though the full manual is digital and we usually email the COA and packing list within 2 days of shipment.
Power is 220V 50Hz or 110V 60Hz—you just tell them which—and it draws 450W, so no special wiring needed, but the air pressrue requrement is 0.4-0.6MPa, so make sure you’ve got a compressor that can hold that, or you’ll get weak seals on thicker materials.
Payment is typically 30% deposit, 70% before shiping for first-time orders, though we’ve done T/T or L/C for larger volumes, and shipping from the factory takes about 20 days or so by sea—air freight is faster but you’ll pay for the weight.
We usually start at 1 unit for sample orders, but bulk pricing kicks in around 5 units. Let us know your volume and we can work out a better deal.
For standard orders, it's about 15-20 working days after payment. Customized arch sizes might add a few more days.

The machine is optimized for 120 micron material thickness. Thinner bands might cause inconsistent heat sealing, so we recommend sticking to the spec or testing a sample first.
It's packed in a reinforced plywood case to prevent damage. Store it in a dry, dust-free environment with temperatures between -10°C and 50°C.
