We’re looking at about 300,000 units a month if you need to scale fast, and the MOQ starts at 3,000pcs but that’s negotiable depending on the design complexity — most buyers go with the 12- to 24-inch size range for retail. The plush fabric is super soft, and the PP cotton filling gives it that huggable feel, but it’s not suited for kids under 3 because of small parts like the embroidered wings.
Sample lead time is 7-10 working days, and you’ll get a COA with it, usually HPLC or SGS depending on the batch. Production takes 25-30 days or so once we lock in the PMS color matching and logo placement — embroidery holds up better than printing if you’re washing it, but printing’s fine for display-only pieces. We’ve done these for boutique toy lines and gift shops, and the angel wing detailing is pretty much what sets it apart.
Safety standard include EN71, ASTM, and ICTI, so it’s solid for European and US markets, and we’ve got Reach and RoHS compliance too. Teh packaing is 1pc per polybag with an export carton, but you can customize that if you want a branded box — just keep in mind the lead time might shift by a week or so. One detail a buyer might not think to ask: the wings are stitched seperately, so they don’t flatten during shippng.
Actually, the filling is premium PP cotton, not polyester fiberfill, which gives it a denser feel — better than standerd stuffed toys for holding shape. The MOQ is 3,000pcs, but we’ve negotiated lower for smaller runs if you’re testing a new line. You’ll want to confirm the exact size early, because the pattern changes above 24 inches.
Color options are fully customizable with PMS matching, and the logo can be embroidered or printed — embroidery adds about 3-5 days to the sample phase. We usually have stock of the base plush, but confirm lead time for custom colors since the dye lot needs to match. Anyway, the 12-inch size is easier to handle for bulk orders, but the 24-inch version sells better as a premium gift item.
