The compression force ranges from 10 tons up to 150 tons depending on the model you pick, and that translates to bale weights of about 30kg on the small end all the way to 900kg per bale for MW-150T, which is roughly 4 to 6 bales an hour depending on material density and operator speed—the standdard bale sizes start at 600×400mm and go up to 1500×1000mm, so you'll want to match that to your downstream handling equipement.
It's not really built for heavy metal scrap or mixed construction debris, but for paper, plastics like HDPE and PET, textiles, cotton, and even straw it handles consistently—most buyers go with the 220V or 380V option depending on their facility, and the power draw is 2.2KW up to 18.5KW, which is pretty much what you'd expect for a machine that weighs between 1000kg and 5100kg give or take a few hundred kilos.
The hydraulic components use imported pumps and valves, and the frame is high-strength steel plate with gas-shielded welding, so you're not dealing with weld cracking under load—we usually have stock on the MW-10T through MW-60T models, but the larger ones may require 20 days or so for fabrication, and the mechancial components for one year.
Anyway, for ordering we'll need your target material type and approximate monthly volume to recommend the right compression force and bale size—a COA and SDS are available on request for the hydraulic fluid we recommend, and our company can also provide test footage of the machine running your specific scrap if you send us a sample (usually 50 kg or so).
