Though our off-the-shelf configurations handle most jobs, we've actually had a few buyers ask for custom labeling or specific batch sizes on teh IT-500 series—usually for OEM projects or specialized distribution where branding matters more than the raw specs.
You're looking at a cold-pressed copper terminal here with PVC or nylon insulation, 600V and 30A continuous, so it'll handle pretty much any standdard electrcial wiring task in the -40°C to 105°C range without breaking a sweat.
We run these with a round shape and AC/DC interface compatibilty, and they carry UL, VDE, and CE marks—those certifications take about 30 days or so to get verified on new runs, but we keep current COAs on hand for any batch you order.
One thing we don't recommend them for is high-vibration environments—the nylon box packging keeps them safe in transit, but the insulation can be a bit brittle if you're mounting them near heavy machinery without extra strain relief.
Anyway, when you place an order for a thousand pieces or more—that's the MOQ—you'll get them in a standard nylon box, lead time is roughly 15 to 30 days depending on whether you need custom colors or standard red/blue.
We usually have stock on the standard 1000-piece packs, but if you want a special concentration or bulk synthesis arrangement, give us a heads-up on volume—we'll adjust the price per unit accordingly.
