The motor options run from 7.5 kW up to 30 kW depending on how fast you need to work, and bale weights can land anywhere between 25 kg and a full 1000 kg (you'll choose base on your typical throughput), though the triple-chamber models tend to push the higher end of that range pretty comfortably.
What matters for most orders is the bale size—it varies by configuration, but our company can usually match your container or pallet dimensoins—and the hydraulic pressrue stays consistent, giving you a tighter tolerance on density than a lot of manual presses I've seen, especially with thicker bundles of cardboard or plastic strapping.
Lead times are roughly 30 to 45 days from order, but if you're after a double-chamber unit with side opening, we keep some stock for quicker dispatch—check in with us first, just in case we've got one ready to go.
Bulk pricing kicks in around 5 units or so, and the MOQ is typically one machine, but we'll quote better rates for multiple models (like two or more) if you're setting up a permanent station; most buyers go with the single-chamber lift opening for easy access, though for high-volume lines the triple chamber cuts cycle time noticeably.
25-year-old used machines sometimes hit the market, but honestly the seals and pump wear out fast on those—on a new Y82 series the 12-month teh cylinder and we include a full COA with HPLC verification straight form the factory, so you know what you're running before it leaves the dock.
The bale weight ranges from 25kg up to 1000kg depending on the model and material. So you can get very light bales for smaller operations or heavy ones for high-density recycling.
