The DGR-IVA Fully Automatic Steel Belt Strapping Machine Head is designed for heavy-duty industrial packaging applications. This robust strapping solution offers reliable performance for securing steel coils, pipes, plates and other heavy materials during transport and storage.
With its buckled connection system, the machine provides secure fastening that maintains approximately 75% of the steel belt's original strength. The adjustable tension system allows for customized strapping force up to 20,000N, ensuring optimal package security for various material types and weights.
The strapping head operates at an efficient speed of 9.8 seconds per strap, powered by a 3kW belt feeding motor and 1.1kW logic motor. The pneumatic system utilizes multiple cylinders for precise belt handling at 4-6bar pressure. The machine accommodates steel belts ranging from 19mm to 32mm in width and 0.8-1.2mm in thickness.
Designed for demanding industrial environments, the DGR-IVA performs reliably in hyperthermal, normal temperature, and low temperature conditions. Its durable construction minimizes maintenance requirements, with recommended minor maintenance every 6 months and major maintenance annually.
The machine's intelligent design includes features such as automatic buckle feeding (capacity of 200 buckles) and precise belt cutting. Consumable parts including feeding-belt wheels, belt cutters and biting units are easily replaceable to maintain optimal performance.
