When you're strapping down heavy steel coils or plastic bundles for shipment, the last thing you want is a seal that pops open mid-transit—this machine punches out those metal or plastic seals at 60 to 80 pieces a minute, which is pretty much sweet spot for most packaing lines, so you can keep the line moving without bottlenecks.

It handles PP, PET, and steel straps form 20.0mm up to 40.0mm wide and 0.6mm to 1.0mm thick, with a fixed feed length of 260mm—basic stuff, but we've found teh 19mm strap width option is what most buyers go with for general industrial use, and the motor is only 1.1KW, so it's not going to trip your breakers.

The unit weighs 500kg and measures 1500×600×1600mm, so you'll want a forklift or at least two guys to position it, and we usually have stock on these but confirm lead time (check lead time—sometimes it's 20 days or so depending on the order volume).

One thing that catches people off guard is the feed length is fixed at 260mm—if your strap loop is shorter than that, you'll need to adjust your bundling process, because the machine doesn't like being forced; also, it's not suited for thin plastic strapping under 0.6mm, as it tends to jam on the lighter gauge stuff.

We ship it with a 12-month warranty, and the COA covers the mechanical build, but don't expect it to run perfectly out of the crate—you'll need to dial in the tension and seal presure for your specific strap material, which takes about an hour or so of tweaking.
